Vastbau GmbH, based in Gronau, was founded in 1992 and is a subsidiary of the Dutch Vastbouw Group. The Vastbouw Group is a family-run business and operates internationally. Besides locations in the Netherlands and Germany, there's also a branch in Poland. The whole group employs about 500 people, with nearly 30 working in Gronau. Your tasks as a Site Manager (m/f/d): Project management — planning, coordinating, and monitoring the whole construction process. Cost control — budget monitoring, change order management, and checking invoices. Trade coordination — talking with subcontractors, architects, and authorities. Quality assurance — carrying out inspections and tests. Site meetings — leading and taking minutes. Documentation — creating reports, schedules, and protocols. Experience in site management for building or civil engineering projects. A confident manner, strong communication skills, and the ability to make decisions.
