Head of Interior Construction (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the planning, management, and execution of all interior construction projects
• Leading and coordinating the interior construction teams and external service providers
• Ensuring deadlines, quality, and budget compliance
• Developing and optimizing interior construction processes and standards
• Acting as the interface between management, construction management, and external partners
• Responsible for workplace safety and compliance with legal regulations

Your Profile:

• Completed studies in civil engineering or completed master craftsman training as a drywall installer, floor layer, painter, tiler, or in a related trade, or comparable qualification
• Experience in interior construction/construction management, ideally in a leadership position
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Organizational talent and entrepreneurial thinking
• Excellent German skills (C2) in speaking and writing
