- Support in proposal processing, including requesting documents and setting up projects
- Preparing proposal submissions, including compilation, dispatch, and follow-up
- Conducting market and project research
- Developing and implementing marketing and sales measures
- Managing appointments and written correspondence with customers
- Maintaining and managing customer data in the CRM
- General assistant tasks
