Your Tasks

• Creating measurements and billing documents for civil engineering and road construction projects according to VOB
• Invoicing public and private clients as well as checking incoming invoices from subcontractors
• Independent change order management: identifying, justifying, and negotiating supplements in close coordination with project and site management
• Carrying out target-actual comparisons and ongoing cost control throughout the entire project
• Maintaining, evaluating, and archiving construction documentation as a solid basis for billing
• Working closely with site managers, foremen, and project management for the timely processing of all commercial transactions
• Using industry-standard billing software (BPS Bau)
• Supporting the creation of offers and bills of quantities as part of project calculation

Your Profile

• Completed training or degree in civil engineering, construction technology, surveying, architectural drafting, or a comparable technical or commercial qualification related to construction
• Knowledge of construction billing according to VOB/B and VOB/C, ideally with a focus on civil engineering or road construction
• Initial or several years of professional experience in billing construction projects – career starters with a relevant educational background are explicitly welcome
• Confident use of industry-standard billing software
• Structured, careful way of working with a strong understanding of numbers
• Team player and strong communicator when dealing with site management, clients, and internal departments
• Independent working style and a high degree of reliability – even with parallel projects
• Class B driver's license is an advantage (occasional site visits for measurements)
