Your Role Sandmann Infrastruktur GmbH is a regional player in cable trenching, infrastructure construction, and meter management. We handle projects from the initial planning phase all the way to commissioning. To strengthen our team, we’re looking for a Project Manager to independently help organize and provide technical support for our cable and pipeline construction projects.

• You’ll independently coordinate and organize cable and pipeline projects
• You’ll manage site workflows, subcontractors, and construction crews
• You’ll ensure deadlines are met, quality is high, and everything runs smoothly
• You’ll coordinate with site managers, clients, network operators, and local authorities
• You’ll review planning documents, route layouts, and service specifications
• You’ll help out with technical planning and project optimization

What you bring to the table

• You have a degree in civil engineering, electrical engineering, energy technology, or something similar
• Alternatively, you’re a certified technician or master tradesperson with experience in civil engineering or infrastructure
• Ideally, you’ve already gained some experience in civil engineering, pipeline, or infrastructure projects
• You have a solid technical understanding of utility networks and construction processes
• You work in a structured, independent, and solution-oriented way
• You’re a great organizer, take responsibility, and have strong communication skills
