Your Tasks Sandmann Infrastruktur GmbH is a regional company specializing in cable civil engineering, infrastructure construction, and meter management. We stand for practical project implementation, quick decision-making, and well-coordinated teams on-site. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you to work in civil engineering. We are looking for both trained specialists and motivated career changers from craft-oriented fields.
- You carry out earthworks in cable and pipeline construction. You open paved and unpaved surfaces and restore them professionally after the work is finished.
- You help out with paving and laying work.
- You take on general support tasks on the construction site and get stuck in.
Your Skills
- Ideally, you have completed training as a civil engineer – but this isn't a requirement.
- You have professional experience in construction or in manual/physically demanding jobs (e.g., crafts, agriculture, or landscaping).
- You are physically fit and enjoy working outdoors.
- You work reliably, carefully, and are a team player.
- You impress us with your motivation and willingness to learn – even as a career changer, you will receive comprehensive training.
