What you will do with us
Foreman/Supervisor (m/f/d) Full-Time
As a family-owned company in partnership with the Dutch Vastbouw Group, VAKON Baugesellschaft mbH has been involved in the development and execution of complex construction projects since 1995, with its headquarters in Neubrandenburg and another office in Hamburg.
We are currently looking for motivated foremen/supervisors for residential construction for our "Construction Execution" department in Neubrandenburg.
Your Tasks:
- Assembling the team
- Assigning tasks within your crew
- Ensuring smooth, quality, and cost-effective execution of construction projects on schedule
- Coordinating schedules with subcontractors in consultation with site management (reinforcement workers, earthworks, electricians)
- Technical and disciplinary responsibility for the staff on your construction site
- Maintaining and improving the condition of the construction site
- Keeping a site diary, crane log, and photo documentation
- Supporting site management
- Checking compliance with instructions regarding
- Quality
- Occupational safety and health protection, daily PPE checks
- Environmental protection
- Regular site inspections or project monitoring

What You Should Bring:
- Completed further training as a foreman/master or completed training in the construction industry with several years of experience in turnkey construction
- Operation of construction machinery (crane)
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Motivation, teamwork, and assertiveness
- Strong technical skills
- Communication skills
- Independent, structured, and reliable work style
- Optional willingness to travel
