What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Site Foreman (m/f/d) for turnkey construction on behalf of our client.
Foreman / Lead Hand (m/f/d) - Full-time
Our client, a leader in the construction industry, is looking for motivated Foremen / Lead Hands for new residential housing projects in Neubrandenburg, starting immediately.
Your Tasks:
- Putting the team together
- Assigning tasks within your own crew
- Ensuring the project runs smoothly, stays on budget, and meets quality standards and deadlines
- Coordinating schedules with subcontractors (steel fixers, earthmovers, electricians) in consultation with site management
- Taking professional and disciplinary responsibility for the staff on your site
- Maintaining and improving the condition of the construction site
- Keeping the site diary, crane log, and photo documentation
- Supporting the site management team
- Checking compliance with instructions regarding:
- Quality
- Occupational health and safety (daily PPE checks)
- Environmental protection
- Regular site inspections and monitoring

What you should bring to the table:
- Completed training as a Foreman/Master Craftsman or a completed apprenticeship in construction with several years of experience in turnkey projects
- Ability to operate construction machinery (cranes)
- Basic MS Office skills
- Motivation, teamwork, and assertiveness
- Strong technical skills
- Good communication skills
- An independent, structured, and reliable way of working
- Willingness to travel (optional)
