Deputy Operations Manager (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Deputy Operations Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

Your tasks:

• Operating and monitoring cable car systems in the Garmisch-Partenkirchen / Grainau area
• Making sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently
• Carrying out inspections, maintenance, and repair work
• Analyzing faults and fixing technical issues
• Supporting management with organizational and operational tasks
• Stepping in for the Operations Manager when they’re away
• Following and implementing legal regulations and internal safety standards
• Helping out with official inspections and technical audits
• Looking after our guests (crowd control)
• Training and developing staff in passenger service and machinery operation

If you have:

• A completed technical degree or apprenticeship in mechanics or electronics (e.g., cable car technician, mechatronics engineer, locksmith, industrial mechanic, electrician, or similar)
• Technical savvy and a strong sense of responsibility
• An independent, reliable, and organized way of working
• Great teamwork skills and a readiness to lead
