Deputy Cable Car Operations Manager (m/f/d) up to €5000/month

We’re looking for a Deputy Cable Car Operations Manager (m/f/d) for our client in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, with a salary of up to €5,000/month.

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating and monitoring the cable car systems in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Grainau
• Making sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently
• Handling inspections, maintenance, and repair work
• Analyzing faults and fixing technical issues
• Supporting the management team with organizational and operational tasks
• Stepping in for the Operations Manager when they’re away
• Keeping up with legal regulations and internal safety standards
• Helping out with official inspections and technical audits
• Looking after guests and managing visitor flow
• Training and developing staff, including passenger attendants and machinery operators

What you bring to the table:

• A completed technical degree or vocational training in mechanics or electronics (e.g., cable car technician, mechatronics engineer, locksmith, industrial mechanic, electrician, or similar)
• A solid technical mindset and a strong sense of responsibility
• An independent, reliable, and organized way of working
• Great teamwork skills and a readiness to lead
