Deputy Cable Car Operations Manager (m/f/d) up to €5000/month

We’re looking for a Deputy Ropeway Operations Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

Your tasks:

• Operating and monitoring our ropeway systems
• Making sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently
• Carrying out inspections, maintenance, and repair work
• Analyzing faults and fixing technical issues
• Supporting the management with organizational and operational tasks
• Stepping in for the Operations Manager when they’re away
• Keeping up with legal regulations and internal safety standards
• Helping out with official inspections and technical checks
• Looking after our guests (visitor management)
• Training and developing staff, including passenger attendants and machinery operators

If you have:

• A completed technical degree or apprenticeship in mechanics or electronics (e.g., ropeway technician, mechatronics technician, locksmith, industrial mechanic, electrician, or similar)
• Technical know-how and a strong sense of responsibility
• An independent, reliable, and structured way of working
• Great teamwork skills and a readiness to lead
