Machine Operator for Training as Deputy Operations Manager (m/f/d) Zugspitze Cable Car & Glacier Railway

We're looking for a dedicated machine operator (m/f/d) with the qualifications or willingness to train for the deputy management position of the Zugspitze cable car and glacier railway in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

• Operate and monitor our cable car systems (Zugspitze cable car and glacier railway) in Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Grainau
• Ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operations
• Perform inspections, maintenance, and repair work
• Analyze and fix technical issues
• Support management with organizational and operational tasks
• Stand in for management when they're absent
• Comply with and implement legal regulations and internal safety standards
• Assist with official inspections and technical reviews
• Take care of our guests (visitor management)
• Train and educate staff in passenger assistance and machine operation

• a completed technical education (e.g., cable car technician, mechatronics technician, locksmith, industrial mechanic, electrician, etc.)
