Machinist training to become an Assistant Site Manager (m/f/d) – up to €5,000/month

We’re looking for a Machine Operator training to become an Assistant Operations Manager (m/f/d) for one of our clients, with a salary up to €5,000/month. Our client is looking for a motivated operator in the Garmisch-Partenkirchen area who either already has the qualifications or is ready to train up to take on a deputy leadership role for cable car systems.

• Operating and monitoring cable car systems around Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Grainau
• Making sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently
• Handling inspections, maintenance, and repair work
• Troubleshooting and fixing technical issues
• Helping the management team with organizational and operational tasks
• Stepping in for the Operations Manager when they’re away
• Keeping up with legal regulations and internal safety standards
• Assisting with official inspections and technical checks
• Looking after guests and managing visitor flow
• Training and developing staff members (passenger attendants and operators)

If you:

• Have a technical background (e.g., cable car technician, mechatronics technician, locksmith, industrial mechanic, electrician, or similar)
• Have a solid technical mindset and a strong sense of responsibility
• Work independently, reliably, and in an organized way
• Are a team player with leadership potential
