Machinist training to become an Assistant Site Manager (m/f/d) – up to €5,000/month

We’re looking for a motivated Machinist (m/f/d) on behalf of our client. You’ll either already have the right qualifications or be ready to train up to become the Assistant Operations Manager for a well-known cable car company in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

What you’ll be doing:

• Operating and monitoring cable car systems in Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Grainau.
• Making sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
• Handling inspections, maintenance, and repair work.
• Troubleshooting and fixing technical issues.
• Helping the Operations Manager with organizational and day-to-day tasks.
• Stepping in for the Operations Manager when they’re away.
• Keeping up with legal regulations and internal safety standards.
• Assisting with official inspections and technical audits.
• Looking after our guests and helping with crowd control.
• Training and developing staff members, including cabin attendants and machinists.

What you bring to the table:

• A completed technical apprenticeship (e.g., cable car technician, mechatronics technician, locksmith, industrial mechanic, electrician, or similar).
• A solid technical mindset and a strong sense of responsibility.
• An independent, reliable, and organized way of working.
• Great teamwork skills and a readiness to lead.
