What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Roller Operator (m/f/d) for asphalt paving on behalf of our client.
We need you to join an asphalt crew as soon as possible for regional construction projects in the greater Heilbronn area and Northern Baden-Württemberg.
The Job:
- You’ll operate and drive state-of-the-art asphalt paving machinery—specifically rollers.
- The crew can totally count on you to pull your weight.
- You’ll handle minor repairs and maintenance work on your own.
What you bring to the table:
- Proven hands-on experience is a plus.
- We’re also happy to give motivated beginners or career changers a shot.
- You’re able to communicate in German.
