Salesperson in the Security Technology Sector Wanted (m/f)

Job Description

We're currently looking for support in sales for security technology (m/f/d) at our branch in Hilden, starting as soon as possible. We love developing outstanding solutions together and learning from each other. We work in flat hierarchies where everyone feels responsible for each other. We’re looking for people who are proactive, want to have a say, and actively shape their professional environment.

Can-Do Attitude:

This is our favorite mindset. We need it for our internal sales team. Besides the right attitude, you need the right skills. Along with the hard skills in your field, social skills like a love for teamwork, a structured work approach, a willingness to learn new things, and a good dose of curiosity should be part of your repertoire.

Must-Haves:

  • Technical affinity
  • Ideally, product knowledge about Esser, Telenot, Hekatron
  • Some experience in selling technical capital goods
  • Negotiation experience with a strong customer focus and understanding of business conditions, as well as good knowledge in solution and project business
  • Openness to new technologies and changing market demands
  • Innovative thinking, strong customer orientation
  • Professional, open, and friendly business communication
  • Structured and analytical work approach with persistence and consistency

To-Dos:

  • Independently acquire new customers to market a comprehensive product, solution, and service portfolio and manage defined existing customers
  • Develop concepts and offers and assist in contract design
  • Implement budget requirements
  • Actively support the team within the company strategy and help develop and implement growth strategies
  • Presentations and live demos, online events and social media, web demos and sessions with customers
  • Maintain the sales tools in use
