Your tasks at Geiger
- Responsible handling of contaminated site projects (remediation and/or process engineering projects) in Central and Northern Germany and NRW
- Making sure quality, safety, and environmental standards are met
- Looking after customers and networking with business partners and subcontractors
- Leading, motivating, and developing your team based on goals and key figures
- Managing senior site managers and site managers in your area
What we're looking for
- A degree in civil engineering, environmental technology, or something similar
- Several years of experience with solid industry and market knowledge in contaminated site remediation
- Solid knowledge of waste law regulations (KrWG, NachwV, DepV, EBV, etc.)
- Reliability and assertiveness, combined with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Great communication skills and an outgoing personality
- Willingness to travel a lot and work across regions; your base and mobile office setup will be sorted out as needed
