Team Lead for Photovoltaic Systems (m/f/d) Company car with private use

Your tasks

• Project support: Operational and planning support in finishing up photovoltaic systems and heat pumps
• Leadership tasks: Coordinating various teams to make sure our products are installed smoothly and efficiently
• Technical support: Close exchange with the teams to coordinate workflows and being the first point of contact for technical challenges on site
• Cooperation: Working closely and checking in regularly with other departments, especially quality management and logistics, to reach common goals

Your profile

• Completed training as an electrician (energy and building technology preferred)
• 5+ years of work experience in the electrotechnical field
• Ideally experience in project management or as a site manager
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Team player as well as an independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Valid driver's license (Class B)
• Good computer skills and confident handling of common MS Office applications
