What you will do with us
What you'll be doing
- Setting up, securing, and clearing out construction sites
- Organizing the job site
- Doing subgrade and base layer work
- Laying pavers, slabs, and setting curbs
- Operating the machinery and gear needed for paving
- Keeping things safe and following health protocols on the job
- Looking out for the environment, keeping quality high, and handling basic reporting
What you bring to the table
- A completed vocational training in civil engineering or road construction
- Experience in civil engineering or roadwork is a big plus
- A valid driver’s license (Class B)
- You’re a team player, flexible with different tasks, and take responsibility for your work
