Then keep reading – because this job is more than just routine. As a Service Technician (m/f/d) at ALGECO, you'll ensure our modular space solutions work reliably – on-site with the customer, throughout the rental period, and beyond.

Your mission with us:

• Technology, service, and responsibility are your main focus
• You quickly and professionally fix issues with space units, always keeping customer satisfaction in mind
• You check service and maintenance schedules in the system, prepare assignments, and ensure everything runs smoothly on-site
• You independently carry out regular maintenance – whether legally required or individually agreed with the customer
• You document your work carefully and directly in the ERP system, keeping all processes transparent and traceable
• You resolve technical questions together with the customer service team – in briefings or directly with the customer
• You develop practical solutions and focus on the best outcome, not excuses

What you bring:

• You have completed training in a technical trade, such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or metalworking
• Ideally, you have an additional qualification as an electrical specialist for specific tasks (IHK)
• Experience in customer service or field service is a plus – you know what matters in direct customer contact and always present yourself professionally
• You are proficient with MS Office, modern communication tools, and ideally ERP systems like Navision or Salesforce
• Technical understanding, willingness to learn, and a structured work approach are your strengths
• You communicate very confidently in German, and English skills are a plus
