To grow our team, we’re looking for Service Technicians for maintenance work (m/f/d) for our Stade site, starting ASAP—career changers from related trades are very welcome too! If you’re hands-on, interested in tech, and up for varied tasks, you’ll find the perfect entry into security technology with us—we’ll teach you everything you need and support your development in a targeted way.

Your tasks

• You keep security systems in top shape: from servicing to repairs, you make sure fire alarm systems (FAS), intrusion alarm systems (IAS), and video surveillance systems work reliably for our customers at all times.
• You’ll work with well-known manufacturers like Esser, Notifier, Honeywell Security, or Telenot.
• You’re a problem-solver: when technical issues come up, you pinpoint faults accurately and fix them independently—helping ensure the systems stay high-quality and dependable.
• You document professionally: you record your results clearly and transparently so customers always have an overview and our processes run smoothly.
• You keep learning: if you’re missing knowledge, we’ll support you with targeted product training and courses.
• You take responsibility in on-call service: by taking part, you advise our customers proactively and help them competently in urgent situations.

What you bring

• Completed training as an electronics technician (m/f/d), electrician/installer (m/f/d), or IT electronics technician (m/f/d); career changers welcome
• Experience in security technology and the willingness to keep developing your skills
• Reliable, independent way of working
• Team spirit, motivation, and a customer-focused mindset
• Class B driver’s license

• Pay package and security: you’ll get a collectively agreed annual gross salary incl. a 13th monthly salary, plus company health insurance
• Predictable hours and vacation: we usually work 40 hours/week from 7:00 to 16:30, and Fridays until 13:30. Overtime is managed in a time account. With a 5-day week, you get 30 vacation days. On top of that, 4 extra days and 6 minus days are possible via salary conversion.
