HR Specialist (m/f/d)

The Wahl Group is a family-run craft business based in Seelze near Hannover. For over 75 years, we've been active in the fields of electrical engineering, security, and information technology with more than 400 employees. We're a pragmatic and caring partner with a forward-thinking growth strategy, keeping us ahead in the electrical trade.

We're looking for an HR Consultant (m/f/d) part-time for about 25-35 hours a week, starting as soon as possible.

The Tasks:

• Support: You'll independently support and advise our Wahl subsidiary in Stade and our IT companies in Seelze on all HR-related matters, from onboarding to offboarding.
• Recruiting: You'll post job ads, review applications, coordinate interviews, and work closely with the respective management.
• Payroll: You'll check recorded work and absence times, help prepare monthly payrolls with the team, and handle corrections and evaluations.
• Personnel Development: You'll support development processes, book external training, and manage their evaluations.
• Projects: You'll participate in our diverse projects (e.g., further digitalization) and special areas (e.g., BAV, BGM) and take on responsibility.

The Requirements:

• You've completed training as, for example, an office management clerk or have a degree with a focus on HR.
• You have (initial) experience in HR work, preferably as a generalist.
• You have a responsible, empathetic personality and a structured way of working.
• You're open to new topics, professional development, and active and honest collaboration.

Our team of six colleagues is looking forward to welcoming new members. The areas of responsibility are divided by specialist topics and companies, covering a wide range of HR work. Two visits to Stade should be planned per year.
