What you will do with us
Your Role with Us
- Setting up, securing, and clearing construction sites
- Construction site organization
- Working on the screed of the asphalt paver
- Operating heavy construction equipment (screed, paver, and roller) during asphalt installation
- Assisting in the asphalt crew and with manual installation or other tasks within asphalt installation
- Industry-standard activities
- Safety and health protection at work
- Environmental protection, quality assurance measures, and reporting

- Knowledge in operating heavy construction equipment (screed, paver, and roller)
- Independently performing skilled tasks of the profession with a committed and responsible work approach
- Class B driver's license required, Class C preferred
