What you will do with us
Your role with us
- Setting up, securing, and clearing out construction sites
- Site organization
- Working on the screed of the asphalt paver
- Operating heavy machinery (screed, paver, and roller) during asphalt paving
- Pitching in with the asphalt crew, including manual paving and other tasks related to asphalt work
- Standard industry tasks
- Following health and safety rules on the job
- Environmental protection, quality control, and reporting
What we’re looking for
- Experience operating heavy equipment (screed, paver, and roller)
- Ability to handle trade-specific tasks independently with a dedicated and responsible work ethic
- Class B driver’s license required; Class C is a plus
