Quality Assurance Team Member (m/f/d) for Day Shift

Do you want to do more than just manage, but actually create? Then keep reading. As a Team Member in Quality Assurance (m/f/d) at ALGECO, you're the backbone of our depot operations – ensuring our space solutions reach the customer smoothly.

Your mission with us:

• You receive and dispatch containers at the depot – reliably and systematically
• You handle bookings for incoming and outgoing goods and check their quality
• You create transfer requests and process them cleanly in the system (BOMS)
• You conduct damage assessments, document them, and bill the customer correctly
• You ensure strong work preparation – because good service is proactive
• You manage complaints confidently and solution-oriented
• You keep warehouse movements in the ERP system (Navision) up-to-date and traceable
• You create delivery notes, coordinate with internal interfaces, and maintain master data
• You participate in inventories – and clarify discrepancies in detail
• You keep the warehouse organized – because a safe workplace is also a clean one

What you bring:

• You have a craft or technical education – ideally in warehouse logistics
• You have several years of professional experience in warehouse management, preferably in the rental business
• You are familiar with ERP systems, preferably Navision
• You are proficient with MS Office and can read technical drawings
• You speak very good German and can also manage in English (B2)
• You work independently, structured, and think ahead
