
Construction Manager (m/f/d)

For our headquarters in Seelze or for assignments in the Hanover region, we are looking for a dedicated Construction Manager (m/f/d).
The Tasks
- First point of contact and responsible person on the construction site
- Coordination of assembly personnel and necessary external services
- Material disposition, measurement creation, and documentation
- Development of trainees on the respective construction site
The Requirements
- Electrician (m/f/d) or electrical installer (m/f/d) with several years of professional experience, possibly a master electrician
- Experience in managing construction sites with an order volume of >100 TEUR
- Basic knowledge of business management and IT
- Independent, responsible work

Compensation Package: A collectively agreed annual salary with 13 monthly salaries, company health insurance, and the future possibility of obtaining a JobRad awaits you. Overtime and assignments further away are paid extra. We don't have assembly work, but we do provide high-quality work clothing and tools.
Working Hours: We generally work 40 hours a week from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM and until 1:30 PM on Fridays. Overtime is managed in a time account.
Vacation: With a 5-day workweek, 30 vacation days are available. Additionally, 4 plus and 6 minus days are possible through salary conversion.
Further Training: Regular team exchanges, attending seminars and product training; we offer comprehensive impulses and opportunities for personal development.
Digitalization: Hours worked are recorded via an app, as are vacation requests and tool management. Company communication primarily takes place via a messenger service.
