Construction Manager (m/f/d)

The Wahl Group is a family-run craft business based in Seelze near Hannover. For over 75 years, we've been working with around 400 employees in the fields of electrical engineering, security, and information technology. We're a pragmatic and caring partner with a forward-thinking growth strategy, keeping us ahead in the electrical trade.

We're looking for a dedicated construction manager (m/f/d) for our headquarters in Seelze or for assignments in the Hannover region.

The Tasks

• First point of contact and responsible person on the construction site
• Coordination of assembly teams and necessary external services
• Material management, measurement creation, and documentation
• Development of trainees on the respective construction site

The Requirements

• Electronics technician (m/f/d) or electrician (m/f/d) with several years of professional experience, possibly a master electrician
• Experience in managing construction sites with an order volume of over 100,000 EUR
• Basic knowledge of business management and IT
• Independent, responsible work ethic

• Working hours: We usually work 40 hours a week from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM and until 1:30 PM on Fridays. Overtime is managed in a time account.
• Vacation: With a 5-day workweek, you get 30 vacation days. Additionally, 4 plus and 6 minus days are possible through salary conversion.
• Further training: Regular team exchanges, attending seminars and product training; we offer comprehensive impulses and opportunities for personal development.
• Digitalization: Hours worked are recorded via an app, as are vacation requests and tool management. Company communication primarily takes place via a messenger service.
