Site Manager - Roadworks & Civil Engineering (m/f/d)

What you'll be doing

• Taking the lead on planning, prepping, and running construction projects from start to finish
• Creating and keeping track of project budgets
• Making sure gear, machinery, and materials are ordered on time and within budget, following company guidelines
• Coordinating with engineers, consultants, staff, and subcontractors
• Calculating and negotiating extra work orders (change orders)
• Keeping an eye on the construction progress and project results
• Getting measurements and billing docs done on time
• Handling performance reports, project analysis, and forecasting
• Checking in regularly with group and department heads about tech and staffing stuff

What you bring to the table

• A degree in Civil Engineering (FH/TU) with a focus on road construction, construction management, or something similar
• Solid skills in MS Office and Outlook
• Experience with estimating and billing software (idealerweise ARRIBA/iTWO)
• Plenty of drive, assertiveness, and a team-player attitude
• An independent, dedicated, and responsible way of working
