Site Manager - Pipeline Construction (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
What you'll be doing:
- Taking the lead on planning, prepping, and running pipeline construction projects
- Keeping the budget on track and handling any extra cost calculations
- Getting the right gear, machines, and materials on time and within budget (following company guidelines)
- Scheduling the crew and subcontractors
- Helping out with or leading negotiations for contract additions
- Keeping an eye on the construction progress and making sure everything hits the mark
- Taking measurements and putting together all the billing paperwork
- Prepping project and performance docs
- Checking in with group or department leads on tech and staffing stuff
What you bring to the table:
- A degree in Civil Engineering (FH/TU) focusing on transport infrastructure or construction management—or equivalent experience
- Solid skills in MS Office and Outlook
- Experience with estimating and billing software (iTWO is a big plus)
- Plenty of drive, assertiveness, and team spirit
- A proactive, dedicated, and responsible way of working
- A valid driver’s license
