Construction Manager: Pipeline Construction (m/f/d)

Tasks:

• Independently planning, preparing, and executing construction projects
• Maintaining work calculations and supplementary calculations
• Procuring equipment, machines, and materials on time and within budget according to company guidelines
• Planning the deployment of personnel and subcontractors
• Participating in or independently conducting supplementary negotiations
• Monitoring the construction process and controlling the results on site
• Creating measurements and billing-related documents
• Preparing performance and project documentation
• Coordinating with group or department management on technical and personnel matters

Qualifications:

• Completed civil engineering degree (FH/TU) with a focus on traffic route construction / construction management or a qualification obtained through work experience
• Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook
• User knowledge of a calculation and billing program (ideally iTWO)
• Commitment, assertiveness, and team spirit
• Independent, dedicated, and responsible work style
• Driver's license
