Asphalt Construction Equipment Operator (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
Your role with us
- Driving and operating the asphalt paver and the feeder
- Pitching in with the asphalt crew
- Taking care of maintenance on the paver and feeder
- Looking after the machines and equipment assigned to you
- Handling typical hands-on construction tasks
What we’re looking for
- Skill in handling construction machinery, a completed apprenticeship as an equipment operator, or several years of experience
- A few years of experience as a machine operator (career changers are also welcome)
- Experience in laying asphalt layers is a plus
- An independent, organized, and goal-oriented way of working, plus great teamwork
- A Class B driver's license is required; Class C is a bonus
