What you will do with us
Your Role with Us
- Driving and operating the road paver and feeder
- Working in the asphalt crew
- Performing maintenance on the road paver and feeder
- Taking care of the machines and equipment entrusted to you
- Carrying out industry-standard commercial activities
What Matters to Us
- Skill in handling construction equipment or completed training as a construction equipment operator or several years of professional experience
- Several years of experience as a machine operator, career changers welcome
- Experience in laying asphalt layers is an advantage
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work style, as well as team spirit
- Class B driver's license required, Class C desirable
