Construction Estimator / Quantity Surveyor (m/f/d)
What you will do with us
We’re looking for you – to start as soon as possible!
Your tasks
- Handling the billing for transport infrastructure projects in coordination with the site management
- Putting together billing documents for clients
- Spotting and recording extra work (claims/variations)
- Taking measurements directly on-site
- Checking invoices from subcontractors
- Keeping the project budget/calculation up to date alongside the site management
What matters to us
- A degree in engineering, a technician qualification, or something similar
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of road construction and civil engineering
- Experience with billing software, ideally iTWO
- An independent, proactive way of working plus great communication and teamwork skills
- A focus on results, strong organizational skills, and confidence in negotiations
