Heavy Equipment Operator / Miner (m/f/d) Underground

We’re looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator / Miner (m/f/d) for underground work on behalf of our client.

• Start Date: ASAP
• Level: Skilled Worker
• Hours: Full-time
• Unit: Mining

What you’ll be doing:

• Driving and operating heavy machinery (like the MKA 25/30 and LTF 10) for daily transport and placement of backfill material underground, following the shift boss's instructions.
• Doing daily visual checks on the equipment.
• Handling basic care, maintenance, and repair work.
• Reporting any equipment issues to the mechanical supervisor.
• Moving ventilation equipment.
• Laying down pipelines.
• Checking and measuring deformation and feeler holes.
• Pumping out solutions.
• Helping out with special tasks like TSM tunneling, mining work, etc.
• Carrying out all kinds of drilling work.

What you bring to the table:

• A completed vocational degree, preferably in mining or a technical field.
• Experience handling construction machinery.
• General handyman skills.
• Motivation, commitment, teamwork, and the ability to handle a physical workload.
• Physically fit for underground work.
• Willingness to work in shifts.
• Ideally, a Class C driver's license.
