Your Tasks

• Leading, guiding, and coordinating your crew on large-scale projects
• Planning the daily routine and organizing work processes on-site
• Quality control and ensuring compliance with plans, specs, and safety standards
• Coordinating with site management, clients, and other trades
• Surveying and staking out work after briefing
• Supporting earthworks, civil engineering, paving, and planting
• Coordinating materials and machinery
• Documenting construction progress and reporting back to the office

What You Bring to the Table

• Training in landscaping or experience in civil engineering, road construction, or general construction
• Alternatively from these fields: Road builders • Civil engineers • Pavers • Pipe layers • Site supervisors • Crew leaders • Skilled workers with leadership experience
• A confident manner and a passion for leading a team
• An independent, structured way of working
• Technical understanding and a talent for organization
• Reliability, team spirit, and a sense of responsibility
• Driver’s license (Class B) required; BE or others are a plus
