Your Responsibilities

  • Independent Proposal Processing and Calculation: From reviewing tender and planning documents, determining costs through your own calculations and price inquiries, to creating order and work calculations.
  • Competent Point of Contact: You advise our clients and the construction management team during the proposal and award phase, for example, regarding various execution options or current market developments.
  • Knowledge and Process Management: Actively support the development of our processes (e.g., BIM) and assist our junior staff.

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in construction engineering or completed technical training in construction
  • Professional experience in construction management or calculation of construction projects, ideally in structural or civil engineering
  • Good user knowledge of MS Office and a billing and calculation program, ideally RIB iTWO
  • Independent, project- and goal-oriented work style with a strong awareness of quality, costs, and deadlines
