What you will do with us
Your Responsibilities
- Independent Proposal Processing and Calculation: From reviewing tender and planning documents, determining costs through your own calculations and price inquiries, to creating order and work calculations.
- Competent Point of Contact: You advise our clients and the construction management team during the proposal and award phase, for example, regarding various execution options or current market developments.
- Knowledge and Process Management: Actively support the development of our processes (e.g., BIM) and assist our junior staff.
Your Profile
- Completed degree in construction engineering or completed technical training in construction
- Professional experience in construction management or calculation of construction projects, ideally in structural or civil engineering
- Good user knowledge of MS Office and a billing and calculation program, ideally RIB iTWO
- Independent, project- and goal-oriented work style with a strong awareness of quality, costs, and deadlines
