What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Site Manager (m/f/d) for drywall and interior fit-out on behalf of our client.
What’s in it for you You’ll manage interior fit-out projects—ranging from drywall to high-end custom furniture—on demanding construction sites across Germany. You’ll plan material and staffing needs, oversee workflows, coordinate with clients, and take charge of deadlines, quality, and budgets. You’ll lead, coordinate, and document everything—staying clear, reliable, and technically savvy.
What you bring to the table
- Experience as a Site Manager, Project Manager, or Technical Assistant in interior fit-outs
- A degree in Civil Engineering, a qualification as a Construction Technician, or experience as a Drywaller with leadership background
- Knowledge of construction accounting, VOB, and BGB (German construction regulations)
- A structured, solution-oriented way of working
- Tech-savvy and a willingness to travel
