Drywall Crew Lead (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Drywall Team Lead (m/f/d) for the Heidenheim area on behalf of our client.

Your tasks:

• You’ll take the lead for a workgroup of 2 to 4 employees.
• You’ll independently manage various construction sites in the acoustics and drywall sector.
• You’ll advise and support customers directly on-site.
• You’ll coordinate site planning and schedules with the site manager.
• You’ll help out with site paperwork, such as measurements, progress reports, site diaries, and timesheets.

Your qualifications:

• You have a degree as a drywaller or plasterer (m/f/d) and/or several years of professional experience.
• You are customer- and service-oriented.
• You have strong communication skills, great organizational talent, and a sense of responsibility.
• You have experience leading your own team.
