Project Fitter / Construction Worker (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a Project Fitter / Construction Worker (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

You’ll design, remodel, prepare, and get systems organized before they head out on the road.

Your Mission:

• You’ll handle container conversions, adjusting walls, ceilings, and floors according to plans and specific needs.
• You’ll kit out the modules with the company’s own 360° products, ensuring a high-quality, ready-to-use solution.
• Your job includes prepping container walls, setting up systems, and getting modules ready for their next assignment.
• Working closely with the cleaning team, you’ll make sure all units are clean, complete, and technically good to go.
• Plus, you’ll be responsible for keeping the yard and the material warehouse tidy, well-maintained, and organized.

What you bring to the table:

• You’ve got solid DIY/handyman skills – experience is great, but what really matters is your motivation and willingness to learn new things.
• Solid German skills (at least B2 level) so you can communicate clearly and reliably with the team and other departments.
• You’re eager to learn and approach technical tasks with interest and care.
• Reliability, independence, and an organized way of working are your trademarks – you roll up your sleeves and keep your cool even when things get demanding.
• Being a team player and staying flexible is second nature to you, and you adapt quickly to new workflows or requirements.
• You have high standards for your work – for you, a job isn’t done until it’s clean and properly finished.
