Tasks at Geiger

• Operating and monitoring the asphalt mixing plant according to production specs
• Controlling and checking mixing processes via control software
• Making sure quality standards and safety rules are followed
• Documenting production workflows and material usage
• Fixing glitches on your own to keep the plant running
• Maintenance, care, and repair work on the mixing plants
• Coordinating material pre-planning, delivery, and storage

What we're looking for

• Completed technical training, e.g., as a process mechanic (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d), mechatronics technician (m/f/d), or something similar
• Manual skills and a technical knack for production plants
• Experience operating production plants, ideally in asphalt or building materials, is a plus
• Team player who can work independently
• Basic MS Office skills and ideally experience with process control systems
• Friendly and confident manner when dealing with our customers
