Asphalt Mixing Plant Operator (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, we’re looking for an Asphalt Mixing Plant Operator (m/f/d). We need you to start right away as a full-time specialist in the building materials sector for the Immenstadt region.

Your tasks:

• Operating and monitoring the asphalt mixing plant according to production specs
• Controlling and checking the mixing processes via control software
• Making sure quality standards and safety rules are followed
• Documenting production workflows and material usage
• Troubleshooting issues on your own to keep the plant running smoothly
• Handling maintenance, care, and repair work on the mixing plants
• Coordinating material planning, delivery, and storage

What we’re looking for:

• A completed technical apprenticeship, e.g., as a process mechanic, industrial mechanic, mechatronics technician, or something similar
• Hands-on skills and a good technical understanding of production plants
• Experience operating production machinery—ideally in asphalt or building materials—is a plus
• A team player who can also work independently
• Basic MS Office skills and ideally some experience with process control systems
• A friendly and confident manner when dealing with customers
