We’re looking for an HVAC Installation Mechanic (m/f/d) specializing in heat pumps for projects around Kiel on behalf of our client.

About the role
- You’ll take charge of your own installation projects, replacing old heating systems with modern air-to-water heat pumps
- You’ll be out and about visiting customers around Hamburg in a van stocked with top-tier tools and equipment
- You’ll work alongside another mechanic or a trainee
- You’ll collaborate closely with a team of planners, logisticians, and customer service staff who support you during the install
- You’ll help us constantly improve—we want to make the installation process super efficient by focusing on heat pumps and digital workflows
What you should bring to the table
- You’re a trained HVAC mechanic focusing on heating technology, or you have similar training/experience in heating installation
- Ideally, you’ve installed heat pumps before and want to specialize in them
- Like us, you care deeply about customer satisfaction and always want to deliver the best results
- You’re comfortable in a modern, digital work environment and you’re a true team player
