About the role
- You’ll take charge of your own installation projects, swapping out old heating systems for modern air-to-water heat pumps.
- You’ll be out on the road visiting customers around Hamburg and Northern Germany in a van stocked with top-tier tools and equipment.
- You’ll have another mechanic or a trainee working right by your side.
- You’ll also work closely with a team of planners, logisticians, and customer service staff who support you during the installation.
- You’ll help constantly improve processes. The goal is to make installations super efficient through heat pump specialization and digital workflows.
What you should bring to the table
- You’re a trained HVAC mechanic focusing on heating technology, or you have similar training/experience in heating installation.
- Ideally, you’ve already installed heat pumps and want to specialize in them.
- You care deeply about customer satisfaction and always want to deliver the best results.
- You’re comfortable in a modern, digital work environment and you’re a true team player.
