About the role

• You’ll take charge of your own installation projects, replacing old heating systems with modern air-to-water heat pumps
• You’ll be out on the road visiting customers around Hamburg and Northern Germany in a van stocked with top-tier tools and equipment
• You’ll work alongside another mechanic or a trainee
• You’ll also work closely with a team of planners, logistics experts, and customer service staff who support you during the installation
• You’ll help constantly improve processes. Our client wants to make installations super efficient by specializing in heat pumps and using digital workflows

What you should bring to the table

• You’re a trained HVAC mechanic specializing in heating technology, or you have similar training/experience in heating installation
• Ideally, you’ve already installed heat pumps and want to specialize in them
• Just like our client, you care deeply about customer satisfaction and always want to deliver the best results
• You’re comfortable in a modern, digital work environment and you’re a true team player
