What you will do with us
We’re looking for a Mobile Heat Pump Trainer (m/f/d) on behalf of our client—company car included!
Your Tasks
- You’ll run hands-on training sessions right on the construction site, teaching assembly teams how to install heat pumps the right way.
- You’ll stick with new teams during their first projects, helping them out and making sure they can work confidently on their own in no time.
- You’ll check that quality and safety standards are being met on-site and give constructive feedback to help the teams keep getting better.
- You’ll work closely with the technical departments and the training coordinators to keep improving training materials and stay up to date.
- You’ll be out and about in your assigned area regularly, playing a big part in bringing eco-friendly heating to the masses.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in HVAC (SHK)
- Experience with heating systems and heat pumps
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Good German skills
- Fully ready to travel (5 days a week)
