What you will do with us
We’re looking for an HVAC Site Manager (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.
What’s in it for you You’ll take charge of the technical management for your MEP projects—mostly around Berlin, but sometimes nationwide. You’ll plan the staff, materials, and workflows, lead the site team, coordinate with clients and subcontractors, and keep a close eye on deadlines, costs, and quality.
What you bring to the table
- A completed vocational background in MEP (e.g., HVAC mechanic, electronics technician, or certified technician).
- Experience in MEP site management, ideally in heating, ventilation, and sanitation.
- Technical know-how, strong communication skills, and the ability to hold your own.
- An independent working style and a willingness to travel.
