Your Mission

Before a heat pump gets installed, one thing needs to be clear: does it even fit – and how? That’s exactly what you’ll figure out – and you'll do it entirely from home. As a feasibility analyst, you’ll check the feasibility based on photos and technical data and plan the construction project. You are the expert eye behind the scenes whose assessment the entire implementation relies on – directly helping to bring climate-friendly heat to the masses.

Your Tasks

• Check feasibility: You evaluate if and how a heat pump can be installed at the customer's place based on photos and data – comfortably from home.
• Plan construction projects: You are responsible for planning the construction project, laying the groundwork for a smooth implementation.
• Advise customers over the phone: If there are questions, you occasionally help customers on the phone and clear up open points directly.

Your Profile

• Completed vocational training in HVAC (SHK) – absolutely required
• Solid knowledge about heat pumps
• Comfortable using computers and standard software
• Independent, structured way of working – ideal for working from home
• Friendly, confident manner on the phone
