We’re looking for an HVAC Installation Mechanic (m/f/d) for heat pumps in Chemnitz on behalf of our client.

About the role:
- You’ll run your own installation projects, swapping out old heating systems for modern air-to-water heat pumps.
- You’ll be out and about in the Chemnitz region in a van stocked with the best tools and equipment.
- You’ll have an apprentice or trainee by your side to help out and learn the ropes from you.
- You’ll work closely with a team of planners, logistics experts, and customer service staff who’ve got your back during installs.
- You’ll help constantly improve things. By focusing on heat pumps and digital tools, the goal is to make the installation process as efficient as possible.
What you should bring to the table:
- You’re a trained HVAC mechanic specializing in heating technology, or you have similar training/experience in heating installations.
- Ideally, you’ve already installed heat pumps and want to specialize in them.
- Like our client, you care a lot about customer satisfaction and always want to deliver the best results.
- You’re comfortable in a modern, digital work environment and you’re a total team player.
