We’re looking for an HVAC Master Craftsman for Operations & Project Planning (m/f/d) on behalf of our client.

You’re the go-to person when it comes to making sure jobs run smoothly. Working for our client as an HVAC Master, you’ll ensure that customers, installers, electricians, and materials are all in the right place at the right time, and that everyone involved knows exactly what to do. Your tasks

• Planning, managing, and monitoring nationwide deployments for HVAC installers and other trades
• Technical checking, approval, and coordination of materials
• Scheduling appointments with customers and efficient resource planning
• Making sure employees and customers have all the info they need at all times
• Full documentation of all processes and actively stepping in when there are bottlenecks
• Further developing deployment planning and internal processes

Your profile

• Completed Master Craftsman training in the HVAC field or a similar technical background
• Alternatively: several years of experience in dispatching, scheduling, or project coordination in the trades, HVAC, or technical service
• Strong organizational skills and a structured, forward-thinking way of working
• A clear, assertive personality—even when things get stressful
• An interest in renewable energies and a willingness to keep learning
• A high sense of responsibility and a genuine interest in optimizing workflows
