What you will do with us
On behalf of our client, we’re looking for a Heat Pump Trainer (m/f/d) – company car included!
Your Tasks
- You’ll run hands-on training sessions right on the construction site, teaching installation teams how to properly set up heat pumps.
- You’ll coach new teams through their first projects, helping them get the job done and making sure they can work confidently on their own in no time.
- You’ll check that quality and safety standards are being met on-site and give constructive feedback to help the teams keep improving.
- You’ll work closely with technical departments and the training coordinators to keep improving training materials and stay up to date with new requirements.
- You’ll be out and about in your assigned area regularly, playing a key role in bringing eco-friendly heating to the masses.
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in HVAC (SHK)
- Experience working with heating systems and heat pumps
- At least 2 years of professional experience
- Good German skills
- Class B driver’s license
- Fully willing to travel (5 days a week)
